Rent Payments
Rent is due no later than the 5th of each month. Rent should be paid via the online payment option that will be provided. ACH transactions are free, credit card payments will add a fee. You may also pay with check or money order. Cash is acceptable but must be handed to a person. Cash should not be mailed or left in the drop box.

Fires can be dangerous and damaging. The good news is they can also be easily prevented by following some simple tips: • Never leave food unattended on a stove. • Keep cooking areas free of flammable objects (such as potholders and towels). • Avoid wearing clothes with long, loose-fitting sleeves when cooking. • Keep a fire extinguisher available in the kitchen. • Never smoke in bed or leave burning cigarettes unattended • Do not empty smoldering ashes in a trash can. Keep ashtrays away from upholstered furniture and curtains • Never place portable space heaters near flammable materials (such as drapes) • Keep all matches and lighters out of reach of children. Store them up high, preferably in a locked cabinet • Test all smoke alarms monthly to ensure they work properly. Change batteries as needed • Devise a family fire escape plan and practice it every 6 months. In the plan, describe at least two different ways each family member can escape every room and designate a safe place in front of the home for family members to meet after escaping. Lead Warning Statement Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, lessors must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Lessees must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
